Question: A man said to his wife: “I am giving you three Talaaqs”. What is the condition of his Nikaah?
Answer: Three Talaaqs take effect and the bond of Nikaah will irretrievably be severed.
عن عائشة: أن رجلا طلق امرأته ثلاثا فتزوجت فطلق فسئل النبي صلى اللهعليه و سلم أتحل للأول ؟ قال ( لا حتى يذوق عسيلتها كما ذاق الأول )
Sayyidatuna Aaisha Radiyallahu Anha narrates that during the time of the Messenger Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam a person gave his wife three Talaaqs. She then remarried and the second husband also divorced her. The Message Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam was asked if it is permissible for her to return to her first husband. He Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam replied: No!...Until they have physical-relations.”

Eating The Intestines of An Animal
DAILY FIQH
Question: Is it permissible to eat the intestines of an animal?
Answer: Yes, it is permissible to consume the intestines of a Halaal animal which is slaughtered in accordance with the Shar’ee method. (Fataawa Mahmudiyya V/17 P/301)

Adding To The Words of Salaam
DAILY FIQH
Question: Some people add the word 'Ta’ala' in their greeting. Is this ok?
Answer: The Sunnah way of replying to a greeting is to say "Wa Alaikumus Salaam Wa Ramaatullallahi Wa Barakaatuhu". One should restrict one’s self to practising on that which is narrated in the Sunnah.

Cracking The Knuckles
Question: Is there any problem with cracking the knuckles?
Answer: It is reported in a Hadith:
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تُفَقِّعْ أَصَابِعَكَ وَأَنْتَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ - سنن ابن ماجه
Ali Radiyallahu Anhu reports that the Messenger Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) said: “Do not crack your knuckles whilst in Salaah.”
ويكره ان يشبك اصابعه وان يفرقع كذا فى فتاوى قاضى خان والفرقعة ان يغمزها او يمدها حتى تصوت كذا فى النهاية الفرقعة خارج الصلاة كرهها كثير من الناس كذا فى الزاهدى عالمكيرى ج 1 ص 106
The Jurist have ruled that one should abstain from cracking the knuckles in Salaah and in general.
