Question: Should women join the Janaza Salaah in Makkah & Madina?

Answer: As a general principle, Salatul Janaza has been prescribed for males. However, If a female is in the Haram and Salatul Janaza has started then she may join the Salaah. [Aap Ke Masail Vol 3/ Page 168]

Slaughtering On Behalf of Several Marhomeen

Question: Is it permissible to slaughter  one Qurbani animal on behalf of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and the Marhomeen of my family?

Answer: One is allowed to include several deceased in a Nafl Qurbani. Hence, it will be permissible to slaughter one animal on behalf of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and the  Marhomeen of your family. 

وقد صح ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه ضحى بكبشين : احدهما عن نفسه والآخر عمن لم يذبح من أمته ، وان كان منهم من قد مات قبل ان يذبح (رد المحتار كتاب الأضحية ج٦/ص٣٢٦)

Cash/Credit Price

DAILY FIQH 

Question: Is it permissible for a shop owner to have different cash and credit prices for goods?

Answer: Yes it will be permissible as long as it is made clear at the time when the deal is being made.  It should be make clear that the cash price for example is R100 and the credit price is R120.  The buyer needs to specify what option he intends taking. If he chooses the credit option, the credit period needs to be specified. [Fatawa Rahimiyyah Vol 3 /249]

ويجوز البيع بثمن حال ومؤجل اذا كان الأجل معلوما (١٩٨)
