Question: What is the ruling with regards to the usage of cannabis?
Answer: 1) Under no circumstance is it allowed to smoke cannabis, as it intoxicates and is injurious to one's health.
2) It is permissible to use cannabis creams and oils on the body, as the plant itself is pure.
3)It is permissible to consume for medicinal purpose those types of cannabis oils which are void of the property that causes intoxication. (High-CBD and very low to zero levels of THC)
4) It is NOT permissible to consume any type of cannabis oils that intoxicates, unless there is no alternative and it has been prescribed by a pious Muslim doctor.

Adhan & Iqama When Performing Salaah At Home
Question: If a male happens to performs his Fardh Salaah at home, is he required to call the Adhan & Iqama?
Answer: If for some valid reason a male has to perform Salaah individually then it will be Mustahab (recommended) that he calls out the Adhan & Iqama, even thou it may have been called out at the Masjid in his locality.
However, if there is no Masjid in his locality or the Adhan of the local Masjid has not yet been called out - then it will be Sunnatul Muakkaadah (An Emphasized Sunnah) for him to call out the Adhan & Iqamah. In these instances, performing Salaah without Adhan & Iqamah will be considered to be Makrooh (disliked).
سن الأذان والإقامة سنة مؤكدة للفرائض ولو منفردًا ، اداءً أو قضاءً سفراً أو حضراً للرجال ، وكره للنساء (نور الايضاح ص٦١
لا يكره تركه لمصلى في بيته في المصر ، لا اذان الحي يكفيه ، وفي الامداد انه يأتي به ندباً (رد المحتار ج٢ ص ٥٠)

Covering The Head When Eating & Entering The Toilet
Question: Is it necessary to cover one’s head when eating and when entering the toilet?
Answer: It is considered as part of Islamic etiquette (Mustahab) to cover the head when eating and when going to the toilet.
عن حبيب بن صالح رحمه الله قال كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا دخل الخلاء لبس حذاءه وغطّى رأسه ( السنن الكبرى للبيهقى 1/96)

Joining The Magrib Salaah Late
Question: If one joins the Magrib Jamaat Salaah late, what is the method of completing the missed Rakaats?
Answers: A person who missed Rakaats with the Jamaat is called a Masbuq. A masbuq will follow the Imam as per normal, except that in the last sitting, he will only reads at-Tahiyyat and then remain silent until the Imam makes Salaam. (The Masbuq will not read salawat and supplications.)
1) If the Masbuq missed one Rakaat, he will stand up after the Imam completes the Salaah, he will read Thanaa, Ta’awwuz, Tasmiya, Surah Fatiha and a Surah. After Ruku and Sajdah he will complete Salaah as normal.
2) If two Rakaat were missed, then - when the Masbuq stands up to complete the missed Rakaats, he will read Thanaa, Ta’awwuz, Tasmiya, Surah Fatiha, a Surah, then go into Ruku and Sajdah, then he will then sit in Qa’idah and read at-Tahiyyat, after which he will stand up, read Surah Fatiha and a Surah and complete Salaah as normal.
3) If all three Rakaats were missed, the Masbuq will stand up after the Imaam makes Salaam and perform Salaah as if he is starting it from beginning.
والمسبوق من سبقه الإمام بها أو ببعضها وهو منفرداً فيما يقضيه - حتى يثني ويتعوذ ويقرء ... ويقضي اول صلاته في حق قراءة -وآخرها في تشهد ، فمدرك ركعة من غير فجر يأتي بركعتين بفاتحة وسورة وتشهد بينهما ( رد المحتار ج٢ ص ٣٤٧)
