Washing the Earring Hole
Question: Is it necessary for water to flow into an earring hole during Ghusl?
Answer: When taking an obligatory ritual bath (ghusl,) one should ensure that water flows over the entire body and through any part of the body that is pierced. Therefore, a lady should ensure that water reaches into the earring holes, whether she is wearing earrings or not. Furthermore, if she is wearing earring, she should either move or remove the earrings to allow water to reach below it. (Maraqi al-Falah with Tahtawi, P: 102)

Father Wishes To Deprive Son of Inheritance
DAILY FIQH
Question: A son cuts realtions with his parents because of a dispute. The father has disowned his son and has announced that the son should not inherit from him. What is the Islamic ruling?
Answer: The son who severed realtions with his parents, has not only destroyed his Hereafter, but he will also witness the bad consequences of his actions in this world.
Be that as it may, a father has no right to prevent a child from inheriting from him, as it is a right that has been given by Allah. Thus, the son will anyway inherit from his father. [Aap Ke Masa'il Vol 6 Page 286]
