Question:  Will Qurbaani be valid if an animal was born without a tail or the tail was cut off?

Answer:  It will not be permissible to slaughter an animal that was born without a tail or the tail was cut off.

لا تجوز التضحية بقطوع اكثر الذنب  (شامي ج6/ص323)

ولا التي لا الية لها خلقة (شامي ج6/ص325)

Question: Is it virtuous to plant a tree?

Answer: Yes, one will attain reward for planting a tree if one makes a good intention.  

Anas Radiyallahu Anhu reports that the Messenger Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "If a Muslim plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, or a person or an animal eats from it, it is regarded as a charitable gift (sadaqah) for him." (Bukhari)

Question: Can two or more people buy a sheep or goat collectively and slaughter it on behalf of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam?

Answer: Yes, it will be permissible. {Fatawa Mahmodiya 17/456]

Answer:  Allamah Suyuti RA has mentioned in his book Al-Itkan that, majority of the commentators of the Quraan are of the opinion that all heavenly books were revealed in Arabic. It was then translated to the language of the people by Jibreel AS.  [Ma’riful Quraan Vol 5/Page 215]
