Question:  Will Qurbaani be valid if an animal was born without a tail or the tail was cut off?

Answer:  It will not be permissible to slaughter an animal that was born without a tail or the tail was cut off.

ولا التي لا الية لها خلقة (شامي ج6/ص325)
