Answer: Yes, it is impure. It should be washed before performing Salaah.

Sequence For The Devolution of An Estate
DAILY FIQH
Question: What sequence should be followed in the develoution of an estate of a deceased?
Answer: The following sequence should be adopted:
Firstly, pay for the burial expenses from the estate.
Secondly, settle all outstanding debt from the remainder of the estate.
Thirdly, if the deceased person made a will, then fulfill it from 1/3 of the balance of the estate.
Thereafter, whatever remains should be distributed among the deserving heirs according to their shares.

Actions Presented To Nabi (pbuh)

Question: Is it true that the actions of the Ummah are presented to Rasulullah Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam?
Answer: Yes, the actions of the Ummah are presented to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. He becomes happy with the good deeds and sad about the sins.
روى مسلم وأحمد وابن ماجه من حديث أبي ذر رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: عرضت علي أعمال أمتي حسنها وسيئها.

Compensation For Broken Ramadan Fast
Question: How does one compensate for breaking a fast in Ramadan?
Answer: If a person, intentionally, breaks a fast during Ramadan - with no valid reason - then he has to compensate with Kaffarah (expiation) i.e. to fast for sixty consecutive days. In addition to the Kaffarah, the person should also observe a Qadha Fast (make-up) for the day on which the fast was broken.
