Morning Duas From The Ahadith
Question: What are the Sunnah Duas to be recited every morning?
Answer: The Daus that the Messenger Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam would read every day after Fajr are found in the Ahadith. Here below are some of the supplications:
اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أسْـأَلُـكَ خَـيْرَ هـذا الـيَوْم، فَـتْحَهُ ، وَنَصْـرَهُ ، وَنـورَهُ وَبَـرَكَتَـهُ ، وَهُـداهُ .{ترمذي}
"O Allah, I ask you for the good of this day, success during it, its light, its blessings, security and guidance."
اللّهُـمَّ إِنِّـي أسْـأَلُـكَ خَـيْرَ هـذا الـيَوْم وَخَـيْرَ ما بَعْـدَه ، وَأَعـوذُ بِـكَ مِـنْ شَـرِّ هـذا الـيَوْم {ترمذي}
"O Allah I ask for the good of this day and the good of what is after it. And I seek refuge in you from the evil this day."
أَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ أَوَّلَ يَوْمِي هذَا صَلاحَاً،. وَأَوْسَطَهُ فَلاحَاً آخِرَهُ نَجاحَاً،
"O Allah, cause the first part of this day to be a reforming for me, its middle a success and its end triumph."
These days duas have been mentioned in various Ahadith. We should endeavour to memorise and recite daily.

Yawning
Question: Is it bad to yawn?
Answer: The Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasalla) said:
التثاؤب من الشيطان رواه البخاري
“Yawning is from Shytaan
Yawning leads to lethargy. The devil brings a lethargic effect upon people to keep them away from good deeds. If one is influenced by this devilish effect, one would be deprived of all good work. The Messenger Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam taught us to ward off laziness and combat it with doing good actions.

Father Gives Gift To His Son Before His Demise
Question: A few days before his demise, a father said: "I am giving my commercial property to my youngest son." (The boy was 7 years old). Is boy the owner of the property or will it be distributed with the rest of the estate?
Answer: The boy is the owner of the commercial property; it will not be part of the rest of the estate.
Normally, it is important, to take possession in order to establish ownership, when a gift is given. However, in this case, the boy, being a minor, his father acted on his behalf. Since the property was already in the possession of the father, there was no need for possession to be taken.
