Question: How should Masah of the nape be done in Wudhu?

Answer: Masah of the nape is among the Sunnah actions of Wudhu. The method of making Masah of the nape is that the back of the fingers of both the hands be passed over the nape. 

وسنته ...مسح رقبته يعنى بظر اليدين لعدم استعمال بلتهما  (البحر الراءق ج١/ص٢٨)
