Question: Can a person make a Wasiyat (Bequest) for one’s heir?
Answer: One cannot make a bequest for one’s heir. It will not be compulsory on the heirs to carry it out. However, if all the heirs are adults and from their own side they decide to carry out the bequest of their deceased, then that will be permissible.
