Question: If a person missed Dhuhr, Asr or Esha Salaah as a Musafir(traveller) and makes the Qadha as a resident in his own city, how many Rakaats of Qadha will he/she make?

Answer: When making Qadha of Dhuhr, Asr or Esha that was missed as a Musafir, you will only perform two Rakaats.
ومن فاتته صلاة في سفر قضاها في الحضر ركعتين ، ومن فاتته صلاة في الحضر قضاها السفر اربعا ( مختصر القدوري ١٥٧ )
