Question: If clothing with impurities is washed in a  washing machine – will it be considered as paak(clean)?

Answer: As there is a continuous cycle of water that flows through a washing machine, once impure clothing has been washed in a washing machine it will be regarded as clean. [Ref: Aap ke Masaa’il awr un ka Hal Pg.87]

However, it is always better to first wash off the areas/clothes affected with impurity before putting the clothes into the washing machine.
